In my nearly three decades long career I've never worked at a place with a more toxic work environment from top to bottom. It's not just the management, even your coworkers can't wait to trip you up somehow if it'll make them look good. I've been here for two years and joining is the biggest mistake I made in my life. As soon as I can, I'll leave.
