Only those getting PIP'd in the next cycle are working from home.
Sell the campus and lease additional space at Hughes Landing for the 500 employees that remain.
And replace the bulk of management with Artificial Intelligence!
Why?
- Decisions will be logical and unbiased.
- Decisions will actually be made.
- AI is better than NI (No Intelligence).
Ok so xom sells the campus, keeps 500 employees max at greenspoint (cheap rent). Then everything else goes to Bangalore. Sounds like a plan. I will share with the board.
Greenspoint, aka Gunspoint. Great idea. That will be a test of survival of the bravest. We will definitely decrease our headcount in many ways.
Some cheap leases down at Greenspoint. EM should look into this option.
