I was an ETW on her SBI team a few years z as go. She had PhDs on staff doing research and people that were news foreign correspondents for major networks running comms and dedicated staff of “deck” builders (power point jockeys) and strategic planners that has run major budgets in other parts of the org. All of them successful in past lives and she ruined or wasted all of them.
She can’t build a strategy she can’t get anything done and she can’t manage a budget.

Seriously someone needs to explain this department and this “leader” to everyone. The department has no credible successes after several years. And the “ leader” is universally known as a fraudster in both sustainability and VC/accelerator worlds. Her peers and most of her employees can’t stand her. So why? How is she benefiting Nike or earning her salary?
