Major reorg in Enterprise Tech today. Hard for me to know if jobs were eliminated. They keep that quiet. Hopefully things will improve. The merger effort could not get any worse!!

You ain’t seen nothing yet. WAit till the branch closures and job slashing starts. Regions will be combined and the pension will be gone with the wind and Kelly too.
There are eager workers overseas who will do your back office job for peanuts. Who needs H1B visas? Offshore it all! Right Rogers?
Six pillars? STI leadership on no level that I’ve seen could find character in a dictionary much less exhibit it in their actions or in how they conduct themselves or the business units they are charged with leading. Never seen so many people with the smartest kid in the room syndrome. Most should learn the old axiom of it is better to keep ones mouth shut and be thought a fool than to open one’s mouth and remove all doubts.
Six Pillar meetings. Sit and listen to STI execs tell each other how great they are, then listen to them discuss topics that have no relevant meaning to most of us. A lot of buzzwords and "pie in the sky".

Besides reshuffle in group service managers levels and rearranging apps under different groups there’s not much impact. How all the top layers are now hSTI folks in IT.
Doubtful. Jokes like Ken Meyer, Bryce Elliot and others promoted to EVP making millions while the promote the same bs. Meyer should be investigated for taking kick backs and perks from vendors
Appeared to much needed. I hope they replaced the leadership responsible for this fiasco but probably not.
