my store my store manager disappeared in Jan and the job is on job board.
a store that's 15 miles away the store managers is also gone and job is up on job board..

Our store hasn't had a store manager since last summer and there's two other stores in the district that don't have managers either. Our OVM is running the store and no one comes to visit anymore. We used to have a district team that came to the store but we have had two DVP's and three Regionals in the last year that we have never seen them except on video. Store is so empty we have whole areas that are just empty.
We still made PTG bonus and no one harasses us much, its better this way.
