Hello, I am former Verizon employee that took the VSP back in 2019. For some reason I received a tax statement for 2020. Has anyone else received this form?

Did anyone receive a tax form for your medical ins premiums that you paid in 2020? I called benefits last week and they said we would get that and that they were starting to mail them last Friday. I received the two forms you are referencing here but not for the ins. You can write it off if it exceeds 10% of your AGI. Not sure now if he understood what I was asking.
Correct To both post about stock payout and health insurance. That’s exactly why.
Also, if your benefits extended into 2020, their value will be taxed like regular income.
It's the remaining Special Verizon Stock payout we got. 50% was given auto paid in 2019 and the remaining 50% was paid out in 2020.
