Your workload will keep increasing until you simply can't physically get it done - even with (nonpaid) overtime. And instead of being recognized for going above and beyond, you're then going to be reprimanded for not getting it all done. The best thing to do is finish what you have and find a way to fill the rest of your time. Showing initiative will only screw you over at Nike.

True true. I made a huge mistake by thinking if I worked the hardest I'd move up. Wrong. I realized I would've been better off joining a clique and spreading gossip about my colleagues. Those people always seemed to end up in positions where they could advance.
