Is it just me or does it seem that all promotions have been put on hold? I was promised a promotion just before the pandemic hit. I've been assured since then several times that it's going to happen soon, but it never does. This is a well earned promotion and now I'm worried it's not going to happen. Has anybody else been having this issue?

They normally dont announce promotions until March. That would be the 2% bs the offer to cover the increased cost of medical.
Depends on the group you are in. I know of some recent promotions. But I am in a similar boat as you. Don't hold your breath. If you don't see it in writing, it is worthless.
What you are describing is SOP at Fiserv. Just remember: Just because you get a promotion, does not mean that a pay rise will accompany it.

Ask your manager and/or your hr leader. We review promotions daily.
