The WIM Compliance Shared Services team is being laid off next week. The team is being replaced by WFAM Compliance team members who received excellent performance ratings and are not joining the private equity firm.

Not ever sure what team you are even referring to. Is this a team in compliance, CAO, WFA? What top leader does this group roll up to?
WFAM Compliance should be hiring some sharp NYC compliance talent so that they can get their house in order. Saved by being the lesser of two evils isn’t saying much... hope they staff up appropriately and get on a professional track for all of our sake.
