Stop crying about not getting promoted.. Most people of colour are lazy and just wanna listen to rap music and eat watermelon. I SAW a co worker dancing to will Smith songs instead of doing his work.. GO back to Jane and finch and let a non colour person have a shot. We all know non colored people work harder and faster anyway
Enbridge is no longer a growth company, as a result, Infrastructure Planning will be rationalized (eliminated). In the unlikely event any employee in IP is suitable for another position they will be transferred. Others in IP will get the golden boot and the moral of the entire company will improve.
I will tell you what is in the massive minority at Enbridge. Employees that are smart, hard working and talented all at once. That my friends is the rarest and hardest to find type of person at Enbridge. However this is probably because they are all concentrated in the Infrastructure Planning group which has 100% all talent, skills and brains in each employee in our group. Average that with the rest of the company employees and you are left with a mediocre staff. But look deeper and you will see that the bulk is carried by the high performing A team, where in this case A = IP

Oh give it a break. Stop crying this B.S. Do your damn job, do it well (better than your co-workers) and you will get recognized and rewarded appropriately if advancement is what you truly desire. The best way to advance at Enbridge is to be willing to relocate. Unfortunately if you're not willing to move, then there really isn't a lot of opportunity to advance since most positions are fixed and depend on a vacancy to get filled. Skin color does not have anything to do with it.
