Truist is a fish tank, and we are guppies. The executives keep lowering the water level, little by little, and we keep adjusting and telling ourselves it will get better some day - that they will begin adding water again. But they won’t.

It is beyond apparent that Bill and his team are atrocious managers and leaders - they don’t even pretend to care. They are just here to drain the tank to enrich themselves, and then walk away when they have completely run it dry. That is the absolute truth my friends.

It was always a year or two out of date anyways. Maybe they got rid of it to stop the questions. And yes, the program will not live long following Kelly’s retirement.

Maybe it’s already gone......y’all just don’t see it yet. Rodgers loves cutting pensions out.
After all, it’s the least you can do as an employee to keep Truist afloat.

We all know realistically it's going to be on the chopping block.
