We have had times where business was doing extremely well and the average was only 2% at best.

You are so full of BS with your 4% raise. Assuming it is true that would be great raise even in normal years. We have had times where business was doing extremely well and the average was only 2% at best.

I’m thankful for my 4% raise although it’s smaller than I’m accustomed too. I’m willing to sacrifice though because it’s been a tough year for the company

How many LAPC people have quit since the March 13? One, two, three? Has anyone seen the promised mass exodus? Maybe it’s a good thing to keep working with a salary, 401k and medical insurance.

That’s exactly what I thought - a way to delay the cost impact of raises for a month. But I was hoping it meant they were going back to the board for more $ for raises or something like that. Or maybe they were waiting to see how many LAPC quit after the March 12-13 vests.

Anyone heard anything yet? They usually go into effect as of April 1st but with that email yesterday regarding us having to do goals and everything, maybe they are postponing them until after the discussions we’re supposed to have with our supervisors by April 30th. Another way for them to delay payment!!

No rating must mean you have not been here long enough. How else could you get a no rating. It will likely not officially count next year except in the minds of the reviewers or if next year someone actually reads your review from this year.

Should rightly be very low. There were times in the past where raises were about 1% and those times were much better than now. Only in the case of a promotion should anything substantial be given. You got your bonus and LTI so don’t expect much.
