Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Buckle up

With the vaccine being readily available by June, the work from work policy will come back in full force by fall. Along with the long planned building closures. The party is over soon

I am sorry, my post about how good Fiserv employees worked was about the Fiserv now three years gone. It is a memory, a shell of what it was. Yes there was stress but so there is in any job so all are equal there. But the colleagues I knew and saw, yes there was the occasional romantic mess but overall .... outside was to rest, catch a break and enjoy the sun. FData shill would have one believe that lust was on everyone's mind. Only FData staff knows how to work. So tell me then how Fiserv was rated that BEST award for about 7 years, I can still hear MW talking about Operation Excellence too and those warm, fuzzy Meet First Data town hall meetings. Works sets you free. I remember that from somewhere.

The stress breaks were quite loud on the 1st floor

Another FData shill posting that all Fiserv employees had lust and lovelife on their minds instead of real work. Pardon me but my colleagues and staff around me worked well and good and only went outside for a stress break and some sunshine. Another arrogant response by First Data.

Honestly in the office where I worked it was depressing to watch the couples out on walks all day while I toiled to fix things their department was responsible for. I’m trying to get my application back on line and can’t get a server restart because my rep is out by the pond with his bae

You’ll be in an office. Then you can be watched.

I see great potential here to reduce building costs. Even though FB does not like work from home, he should consider the brick and steel advantages of have ALL people work from home and thus close all those nasty expensive things called offices. Then stage 2 could be implemented and terminate those employees who live FAR away from a major city and fire them. GO FD!!!!
