I work in Care. I feel like this needs to be brought to the FCC’s attention, or whatever agency can fine Verizon for this.
I think it’s a shady practice that a person on a Do More plan receives VZ Cloud for free, but when they downgrade to a Start Plan, or even Play More , the cloud feature is not auto-downgraded. and the customer is subsequently billed for it unless they notice it and remove it. I’ve ran into hundreds of accounts that have realized they’ve been being charged for a feature they didn’t sign up for. Consumers are wising up, and it’s baffling to me that we preach about integrity yet do this to our customers. No wonder they’re leaving!
