The automated system and customer service is abysmal

This is a disgrace, I am completely embarrassed

On the phone with apparently a customer service rep, she's had us on the phone with us for 45 minutes to than say she doesn't know what she is doing

We have been teaching our own customers to do the job that we have been hired to do

We will phase reps out with this new "contributions" c-ap

Give me a break, you ask us to educate the customer and promote self serve options and than bust my balls about not contributing... F off!!
