The sales and support teams are the back bone of the stores, that’s what makes a store run, the managers are there to make sure everyone is doing their job and support as much as possible. However, with so much on the managers, I’m sure they are exhausted, they are pushed to get the most out of the employees. But there are still those employees that don’t do much, so leaves more for the others.
OP @1acv+19O9cWNx _ I try to have more empathy and understanding for everyone, but they just don’t seem exhausted to me. At least not my manager. I’d love to hear what it all looks like from his perspective, but he’s so distant and cold to us that he just doesn’t evoke any sympathy even if he was exhausted.
