Sad to see Pembina jumping on the politically correct bandwagon. Can barely function as an organization as it is, promoting those based on arbitrary categories isn't going to improve outcomes.

I dont want cronies promoted - it should be based on merit - experience and competence.
Agreed, though. It's all lip service and the initiative is on some SVPs performance contract. Pembina will stay the course with their long standing tradition in keeping their VP, SVP, and C-suite white and predominantly male.
