I came here as very young and ambitious new employee and honestly, I had the idea to make a great career here. Nike was my dream company. What a mistake...
Whatever I did and no matter how much effort I invested, I always felt like a surplus and someone without whom it is very easy to do.
Looks like Nike can do without everyone except those on top. Sad.

I left Nike in 1999 and never looked back... I have my own brand and employees and I treat them well. For all of you die hard Nike’s I feel sorry for the fear that you are going through... you got to remember you are just employees at will and there is a life after Nike
Not sure but I know the employee they don’t need and that is a McKinsey Ivy Leaguer that speaks in business double talk and moves the company backward instead of forward yet fools all the executives with their pablum.
@1gzy the money spent on consultants for internal slide decks is nauseating. There are starving people in the world, some of whom work for Nike
Ones who love making Keynotes about all the amazing things to come and working with the vendors who will do the actual work?
