In East Texas we are being told to do Upgrades in the store using he customers my Verizon app. So we can boost our ARD numbers. Pretty sure that’s not how the big wigs want us to get a higher ARD, playing the system. Taking advantage of the fact that ISPUs don’t count against the the stores daily revenue. It also has the added benefit of faking how many customers are using online resources, when most of these customers can barely text let alone use an app.

You have a responsibility to report this to the Compliance Hotline
DMs across the country are pushing this as best practice, not just Texas.
I’ve watched retail doctor numbers for years. I’ll never understand why the frontline didn’t stand our ground and/or focus on actually meeting the target honestly instead of finding ways to look good on a report.
Then they hold a gun to your head about why isn't your ISPU ARD better
This worked for awhile in our area. Had our ARD looking sweet. Now they just track ARD with ISP separately from ARD with actual in store purchases. We have two separate reports. We get to push accessories with ISPs that were processed by the customer or the rep over the phone. It’s insanity.
Customer Service does the same thing with Value Generation. It’s such a joke, and absolutely scummy. Imagine calling in and being told that you, the customer, has to do feature management/removal. And we wonder why customers are leaving in droves.
I can confirm GMs and SMS are pushing this
I have no idea how East Texas has so many locations.
Silly boy, you think you are tricking the system but the system is tricking you. If all your upgrades go through the app, they can use it has a reason to close the store. They are not gonna keep a store open if all it sells are accessories.
T-Mobile is kicking our a–!! Plain and simple, they have no clue on what to do, throwing spaghetti up against the wall to see if it sticks
company doesn't know what to do !! They've never had anyone take them down...
Just the new way we are defrauding our stock Holders
