Any one else realize that 1.0 and 2.0 is the same rebranded c-ap. They spent money, time and effort to turn Coaching's into GROW, leader board metrics into "contribution standards" and POS 1.0 into 2.0. People were actually paid to take data sets and place then in a new interface, paid to take one
web portal and rebrand it into another. Trying to reinvent the wheel. Can the board members please grow a pair and stop this non sense.

Verizon has the worst app development team. The programers and bug checkers for this company are literally the bottom of the barrel.
Its like one hand washes the other so why bother. Ain’t it? Create loopholes so employees fall themselves in it & then we simply pull our hands our of our pockets & say well what’re you talking about? Surveys is another. First of all I personally think its unethical to attach them to someone’s pay, but given the fact we all gotta deal with it till there are lawsuits, Amen, so again why those surveys, come at the very last date, even though every member gave their level best effort to achieve a certain goal & then pushed back from the brink so that company can save a few bucks? Why? So yes its the system, its always the system right? So yes there has to be an investigation done on this matter as well. Lets really lift the curtain on this whole 2.0 which was designed to fail us. Peace!
