Several stores will be moving to new model 2.0. June 1st. Gms with poor pulse results will be let go and those left will take on multiple locations. New pulse pulse survey coming to solidify justification of firing. Want a new gm here’s your chance!

Just take me out back and out me out of my misery already. Give me the severance and call it a day. This isn't a sales job anymore, it's a f—in Just all smoke and mirrors to stay with the company as long as possible.

This company s—s, everyone knows it and you base the first few questions about the company and to no ones surprise the reps give low scores !! and than you hold the store managers responsible?? You are all lower than dirt!! Thats a low blow thing to do , why don’t you the company and the c-level officers own up and take responsibility to the disapproval rating of the company overall?
So whats the solution? The store managers will tell the reps to just take it and give great scores!! Whats that do? It makes the company look good and than there’s a stroke fest with Hans and his company “yes men” beneath him stating that we have such a great approval rating !! Such a scam!!
It still just baffles my mind that store managers are held responsible for the low approval rating, what about DM’s or directors? Are they held responsible, are their jobs threatened ? Probably not
Bottom line is T-Mobile is kicking our a– in every way and we are back peddling and pointing fingers at the wrong people....its all the C-level employees that need to take the blame on this, not the stores and definitely not the store managers.
@gct+19OvWY9W The GM’s and SM’s are constantly on calls like there are some major changes coming every day. This has been going on for years and nothing really changes. How about instead of having calls all the time jump on the layoff board and learn something. There is always a wealth of information on here.
Currently in a multi store location. If I had a dollar for ever call a GM was on I would be able to retire now.
More stores will close in August like every year. The GM's have been cut for now but don't get too comfy if you aren't over two stores or the cheaper of the GMs near you.

I’m a GM and WOULD love a severance! However they already made those cuts. June 1st is in relation to commissions combining into one for multistore gms not cutting more
