They don't call it POS for nuthin.
It not even a usable pos system, Everyone, at my location uses legacy 1.0 .If they retire that system the stores are in more trouble .
Yeah it's garbage
Every single transaction I've done on 2.0 has failed, in some way. I won't even use it anymore.

Hey, I only had 4 or 5 system glitches today. That’s an improvement over business 360 launch. /s
Do they even consult with the people who are actually using the system? It's such hot garbage. Windows 8 had tiles and everyone loved that NOT! I do not even understand what was wrong with normal POS 1.0 to even warrant this 2.0 needing to exist. 2.0 is so far off the mark that I would wonder if the people whom made it were drinking on the job. We get it you have a job to do but could you keep your side projects to your self and not force them on the poor people that have to alpha test it in real time while they are paid of customer satisfaction. You are absolutely cruel.
PS loved watching the 2.0 kick off event and have the system fail and not work for the very people that made it. Painful being a shareholder and seeing this first hand.
