Don't get too comfy working from home

Looking at the future of work post-Covid, Van de Put acknowledged some benefits of a flexible schedule for corporate workers, but said he feels the culture of the company will gradually decline with continued virtual work environments.

Why now Dirk? Cause all of a sudden there is an influx of qualified black candidates....or maybe cause the world is looking? Don't let DVP gratify himself, they don't care and never have. Only thing GS cared about was hitting his diversity goal. Funny thing, Mondelez is not a company that practices affirmative action, so its actually reverse discrimination.
The culture they have created....awful. So glad to be gone....good luck to those that are stuck.

The "culture" is terrible, it needs to decline, and go away!

It is so funnt to hear VP talk about "hiring more black managers". Only cause its the culture, not cause he cares! Mondelez never cares. They will do just like they did before...offer a bonus to the AVP if they can achieve a goal on hiring blacks. They will partner will an all black university, hire unqualified candidates, and within 5 years everyone will be fired...just like last time.
GS took some pics with his all black college connections, pocketed his bonus while the rest of us struggled, and a couple years later they were all let go. This company is a joke!
