Any chance we can get reasonable goal? If your gonna try and get rid of the low hanging fruit your going to need rule you can actually enforce. So can someone explain why TMP is lower for telesales ? It's not like ARD where you can claim the "get it now" part matters. Make our goals in line with their goals it's only fair....
