The Macon location has had a lot of valuable employees to resign due to the management and HR. There’s going to be a day real soon someone is going to file discrimination on them. Everyone there knows the reasons. I guess they will do something at that time.

How can you hand over management of the fishing department to a manager who can barely spell "F I S H I N G" HUH??? If you are one of that manager's pets, you have it made! When employees have left my location, they typically have done so in bunches.
That’s because of management. If the corporate office would make major changes it could be a great store again. You can’t bring a fishing manager in as the co manager with no people skills nor knows how to talk to others.
I work at the Macon store and I can not wait until I can put in my 2 weeks. I am actively looking for something else. A job I used to love and enjoy has turned dreadful and sprit crushing .
Wish someone would get it going, as this is getting out of hand with these two. No one is happy anymore and everyone is trying to find another job because of them. Maybe everyone needs to email there boss!
