What is going on with club pick-up? Do they plan on continuing all orders dropping for the morning crew? Our morning crew is exhausted and then the night crew has nothing to do. We have people quitting left and right, and communication seems non-existent. With club pick up only continuing to grow I would hope they have a plan in place to coincide with the amount of business we are doing. Our members have never been more aggravated than they have lately. If the bulk of pulling orders is going to fall on the morning shift then staff it accordingly. At my club we have had many late orders due to not being able to keep up with the demand, only leading to frustrated members and associates.

AM crew at our club:Saturdays are bad , Sundays are Insane. We pull until 10 on Sundays , then dispense for 2 hours straight! That’s with 4 “ Personal Shoppers .” We are also exhausted by the end of the shift!
Agreed
We had 4 late orders today
We had 2 of us
But were dispensing for half hour and couldn't pull
We are short 3
Home office needs to quit giving us so many orders an hour. After about 10am we do nothing but dispense. Sometimes there are 4 of us dispensing at one time. Does home office not realize that the more orders an hour means more time dispensing and less time to pull orders? And on the weekends you can't even move through the store there are so many people.
It’s going to stay the same. New headcount should have came out with the schedule changes. I think I have 7 openers total. Changing to the 4-1230 shift will help a lot on getting them done. Night crew may not have much to pick but they do the bulk of dispensing when folks get off work
I agree we are exhausted! Especially on Sunday mornings when we only schedule 2 people and you have 22 check ins right at 10 and it’s you and one other person. They need to fix the system and fix the scheduling
