It was all a lie they have things in place to fire you at any moment. It happened just like they said it would. We where hooping they where wrong but unfortunately it was all true.!!!

My manager asks me to add tmp all the time. I'm not worried.
Below was true but they are turning back up the pressure. They want results they don't care about ethics all over again.
Well no c-ap if you're on the phones and you don't disclose TMP and just add it to an order with out even mentioning it or the customer declines is going to get caught with the quickness. The customer calls, escalates and they research. Sure it's not difficult for them to pull the call to verify via the recording. In the store it can be far more difficult as that customer can come right back to your face, your coworkers and leaders are listening to you and this is all out side of just plane having ethics. Don't sell your soul and your job for some sales dollars. If you are that desperate for a couple bucks (if that) or management is going so hard on you; take a step back. It's just not worth it. Just help every customer as best as you can and align to company goals and what makes the shares go up. The days of shady stuff is over as they finally realized that it wasn't sustainable to long term growth and customer retention. RIP to all the poor souls that got slammed hums for 3 years and the reps that were good at it.
In the retail store if you want to keep your job you do this everyday on multiple accounts
Getting fired for tmp fraud “just for not full disclosure” Are u joking???! They should definitely be fired for adding a paid feature to an account without disclosing it to the customer. Seriously dude!?
People are still very naive about the meaning behind heavy hitters. Most reps hitting those 3-4K checks did so by quantity and not so much quality. The more boxes you sold the sales dollars and multipliers came naturally. You didn’t need to be deceptive about anything. That is the biggest misconception of all. It was all about taking and helping as many customers as possible and quickly and efficiently processing the sale.

Telesales is a trap for anyone used to selling without integrity like 90% heavy hitters. You will be fired for something you used to not think twice about. I know several reps who have already been put on warning and one who was terminated for TMP fraud just for not full disclosure
