Core Presidents are next up to get hatched. There will be V.P.'s of sales and department managers running operations and reporting directly to Xerox heads. President s slowly being depleted until eliminated.

About 20 years too late!
"I know for a fact our President any many more will have their last day May 15th. They are going from 40+ cores to 11"
OMG Please let this be true. It's time they felt the wrath of Icahn/Xerox. Of course non of them are hurting for money, I'm sure...

Will be nice getting a payoff only to spend just as much time on the gold course.....FOUR!!!!!
@asvd+19KP2aSC Which core/region are you?
I feel like our core president knows something is up. For the first time ever I heard the words "just work your 8-5 and don't give them anything else. Don't take any work home with you". He's never said anything like that. It's usually approving overtime, lets work long days and weekends to get deals out and have a strong month. Something is definitely up.
Can't wait for most of the production sales VP's to be walked.... they are the most useless and have the biggest attitudes.
Good. Our local core president is useless. He's done nothing for morale and collects far more $$$ than he deserves. Good riddance.
VP of Sales/Director of Sales and any Senior Management around Production and MPS, will be shortly afterwards.
Remember, 5 levels of communication from bottom to the top was the original plan and still is the plan.
(1.) Sales Rep >> (2.) Sales Manager >> (3.) Regional VP (5-6 Presidents will remain as Regional Manager) >> (4.) Joanne Smee >> (5.) Johnny V
Still a lot of fat left on the Sales Org Chart bone. Icahn needs to get paid.
That 200k is more like 400-500k!
With mostly all the work offshore now, exactly what does the President do now? Seems like that $200k salary could be put to better use
From the beginning the plan was for XBS to essentially be local Xerox direct sales offices. You don't need a "president" to manage local sales activities.
