If you are at the top pay for your role you won't get a raise until they raise the bar.

This year’s 2% is the worst raise I’ve ever gotten in nine years and worked my butt off. I was rated a full contribution and told that the expectation was to go above and beyond every day. I know many that got less though or nothing at all. This is how Humana manages to compensate the upper leaders with millions in bonuses. The higher you get the less you do and you get rich off the backs of your minions.
Mine was right at 2% and my performance was rated as full. I have never received more than 2% in the four years I have been here.
