We were told this morning that Sams has a new position for outside sales and it is a salaried position. Does this mean this person is a manager now? Anyone know the pay rate? Oh, in the same sentence of announcing the "new" position we were told it had been filled. Way to give a chance to other people Sams! The position was filled by a know it all bi..h that started wor, king at Sams 6 months ago.

It takes clubs forever to get their Membership Representative Manager hired. But that’s probably what the position is.
Is this is the Membership Represented job, the one from last year? Or does it have a different name.
Don’t take this position! Who wants outside sales with COVID?
It will be impossible to hit these goals?
They are trying to eliminate Associates and guess what you will be because you can’t possibly got their goals!
We all know Sam’s has been apologizing all these years for having a membership fee!
At our club anybody can shop!
Not sure why it’s even a membership club many aren’t even members that come in on the daily!
Really lucrative position. If you have the opportunity, get in now. This will be the most coveted/lucrative position in Sams/Wal-Mart
It's one of those work you to the bone and when we get all we can out of you, spit you out and move on to the next bone. They'll pump you up and tell you that you're the greatest and stick a knife in your back when they find the next patsy.
Things happen for a reason. You don't want that position. It is not management, but of course you'll have to work when they want you too and special events (some weekends and possibly nights). You'll have an unattainable quota. Sit back and watch as things unfold. There is good to marketing...just more bad, now.
