Can someone explain to me the process of a transfer? I am moving across state with my family

It's much easier now to transfer. Once you accept the job with the club you're transferring to you let your club know the date you will be starting at the new location. They can not hold you until your position in filled no longer.
Easy!
Step 1: Find a job at a company that values their employees.
Step 2: Quit your job at this c-appy employer.
Step 3: Take a short break between jobs for a little "me" time.
Step 4: Enjoy the rest of your life!

You will need to contact the club/store you want to transfer to. See what's available etc. Work it out with them and let your manager know. Then you will need to drop your application for the position. That's about it. It's just communication with the location you want to go to.
