Congratulations on your decision to leave this immoral corporation. This company is unique in that it considers a good employee to be nothing more than an expense rather than as the asset that they are. There are far better places to work out there. Go find one and never look back.

No...people are not the most important asset to Sam's/Walmart. If you are talking associates....Have you seen or had a conversation with them or the more recently hired? Some don't know any better and need structure in their life and others won't stay long because employees don't look for careers any longer...they just want to get by. There are so few positive remarks on this site alone. There is a reason for this. People are disposable, just like the merchandise at Sam's/Walmart.
With days off split up like they are, I won't be staying.
