It wasn’t what I expected. I saw that someone else here complained that despite no changes in performance, it was much lower. So is mine and I wonder why.

f you follow the information on the Hi page, you were taxed at your income tax bracket and then text again at the 22% tax bracket to ensure people aren’t having to pay if pushed into another bracket, you will get it back at the end of the year
I hope everyone understands that while they tax it high as the bonuses may cause some folks to be pushed into a different tax bracket which would require them to pay at the end of the year you are taxed high now and you get it back when you do your taxes at the end of the year so no one is losing also coming from nonprofit I am very taken aback of people upset about cost-of-living increases and a bonus not being that high given that and the other side of things you were lucky if you got either of those in a decade. Sending positive vibes to everyone.
I’m happy to have a raise and a bonus during this pandemic. Thank you Humana! By the way I did get a 2% raise. So happy to have a job
ID: @3pdt+19Hip6s6 Is it taxed at almost 50%. The way I read my my Slip I was taxed at the usual rate but an amount was put into 401k. The 22% (apx) Tax plus what I have put into 401k and then Medicare and SS made it look like I had been stopped at an higher rate, 40% I believe.
And its taxed at almost 50%
Humana didn’t do as well last year as they did in 2019, so the company performance multiplier was not as good. If your personal multiplier was less than100%, that would decrease even more.
Sorry to hear it. I read a lot of people complaining here. Mine was rather good. I think its because I got a better personal multiplier, 100% as opposed to last year's 90%.
