Protected can never be denied !!!! It’s the law !!! Only regular can
Yes it can be denied if you are using PPTO for upcoming vacation time. The only time it is automatically approved is for a past occurrence.
No they can actually get coached for that
No they cannot deny you ppto. If you show up late or leave early just make sure you use enough to cover. Ppto is automatically approved once you put it in the system. So if you're 17 mins late or early make sure you use 30 mins, 35 mins use 45.
They may reject if you haven’t used enough to cover your entire shift or time missed. So if you were 35 minutes late and you only submitted 30 minutes of pto you have to resubmit and use 45 minutes because it only lets you so 15 minute increments. If you were scheduled 8 hours and you put in less than 8 hours ppto you have to redo
No, they can't. Read the wire.
By law THEY CAN NOT
If they do just call off and use it. At least u gave them a heads up.
They can, they do, and they will. Wake up and sniff reality.
No they can get in serious trouble
Yes they can deny it. That’s why they are managers.
No ! You put it in the computer and the computer automatically approves it. Manager CAN NOT deny it. Now if you are silly enough to ask before you put it in then yeah a manager might lie to you and tell you no.
