Does anybody have a manager that enforces the use of an earpiece with the radio?? Mine doesn't and associates walk around with their walkie on FULL blast and it's absolutely annoying. I feel like I'm the only one that uses an earpiece and I'm a meat cutter!!

What real annoying is when somebody gets a right or left at our club, and people hoot holler on the radio likes it the biggest thing since sliced bread. Real annoying when you are trying to help a member, and this embarrassing c-ap comes over the radio. Most times I turn it off.
That’s a safety hazard for a meat cutter. You can easily get snagged on something and be seriously injured.
There's no way I'd wear an earpiece. We have too many people who literally SCREAM into their radios, and I'd like to still have my hearing when I get old.
SOME clubs which will remain unnamed have Associates (and Managers) who curse and insult one another all day on the walkies and think it's funny or cute to argue where Associates and Members can hear it.
id wear one if we didnt have people who literally sound like they placed the radio in their mouth and start screaming and chewing on the radio at the same time.

Good question. What is a meat cutter doing with a radio?
You can't talk to a member with it in your ear, because of the constant conversations. So it's in and out out of your ear all day long. No way to clean the piece before putting it back in your ear. I never had an ear infection before I use one of these. It was only after the second infection that I figured it out...with the help of my doctor. So you wear it if you want, but I'm not gonna.
