Does your club return mattresses of fo they tell members to keep and refund??

They are biohazards! Disgusting!
I suspect they take the mattresses back at the request of middle management so they don't get floor burns from the concrete while they do what they do to the people who work in their stores.
Sam's doesn't lose money on a mattress return. Mattresses can be returned for up to eight year or more, depending on the mattress. It's Serta's rule, they take the hit, not us. So fret not little associates, your Sam's share is safe.
They bring in the tags only. No more scuzzy mattress returns. And I don’t think we should be allowing clothing returns either.
The member still has to call serta for pickup/disposal of mattress or box spring and then bring in Law tag for refund. The mattresses we sell in a box are now allowed to come back, whether they are still in the original box or not.
1 month ago they changed you can bring back the mattress now. It was only tags but not now
Even if the boxed mattress was used?
There was an email sent out. Mattress in a box can be returned. All other flat mattresses must have tags brought it for refund but not the mattresses itself.
