The new performance evaluation format is a JOKE! Both my manager and my manager's manager told me that I am a top performer, but I still got a "meets" overall rating. When I asked what I could have done to receive more than that, they could offer nothing. They advised that, since the the company has not performed above expectations, they have very little ability to rate individual employees as having performed above expectations. So because the company didn't do as well as it could, individual success cannot be recognized? Are they TRYING to k–l morale???
I worked like Crazy this past year .. Only to get the shaft at year end. Sorry No More not going to give up my evenings and weekends anymore!!
