Our store needed one more survey and a 9 or 10 would have got us a 1.2. Ironically we didn’t have any surveys come in. I call B.S. Honestly does anyone have trust in the RIS scoring system ?

Now once again the upper mgmnt & exec level people are out here to dislike this post as much as they can so people get kinda convinced that its not true even though it is. Now would b a perfect time to form a Union & expose the corruption that goes in this company.
How about the studies that show that black workers are rated less favorably and more aggressively then white workers by customers. Must be real from for our African American colleges.

Yes I totally agree with you. All the odds are stacked against us. Oh and has someone else also noticed that at the very end of the month when one really needs a good survey to bump up their hard earned pay like in OP’s case, but when one has worked hard all month long, and there is guaranteed one survey that comes and makes us lose $300-$400 in one shot? It cannot be coincidence and/or luck all the time. Its just abt time that what got done and exposed at Sprint will very soon happen here in Verizon.
