This is so true of Oracle. Super successful middle managers who have had a long career at Oracle and great network of knowing who to go to for what, etc. Jump ship. When asked they will not typically respond about why they are leaving Oracle. When this hits critical mass, you know the writing is on the wall. I resigned after watching several departures of people I knew would not be let go and was asked what had I heard. I just know how to read the signs.
If you're asking this now, it's too late for you. Should have realized when the majority of middle mgmt left that the ship was sinking. Hope you can swim.
