That last training

Has anyone taken the last training that just came out? It just lays it all out on how they are going to get rid of all of us. Get 3 bad surveys, done! You will get a write up. Being observed not having the best behavior, Done! If they want you gone, it’s now. They had to figure a way to get rid of all the high paid reps without giving severance and higher new ones at a lower wage so when they do close the stores, they don’t have to pay out.

I’ve been trying to gather as much information on this as possible, because I am also concerned. I’ve asked for detailed information and thus far have not received it. I keep hearing this “April 1” being tossed around, like there is a lot of confusion from employees at multiple levels. I hope we get more information soon.

This is definitely the way they want to cut the fat. I’m sure the first time isn’t going to be a verbal warning either... so in 6 months you might be finding a new job.

They have been able to do that for a while just saying. They are gonna try and pip people you aren't wrong but trust me if you go to work take care of the customer in front of you and dont worry about anything else. If you get a bad survey make sure talk to your customers about the survey for the rest of the month. If you can't stay off radar over RIS you don't deserve a job.

Again So many dislikes. Its obvious folks. They’re hiding A LOT from us. And they’re making it seem like thats the best that could happen. Doesnt take Rocket Science to understand that.
