we literally k–led RIS all month . Got one score of an 8 and lost $375 . This is comical at this point.

Sprint got in trouble for deducting pay based on surveys from regular commissions. This plan is different.
In response to the last post yes my store got a bad ris the last hour of the month. Something very VERY shady is going on and I'm going to investigate further. I do not appreciate this c-sino mentality they have employed.
Also to the higher ups that may be reading this please go ahead a s— start a shotgun for us. Your messing with people lives and I for one will not let my talents continue to be taken advantage of.
Can everyone that coincidentally gets screwed the last day of the month post about it on this thread? I’m trying to see something 👀 . Here’s the article of sprint getting sued for docking wages due to surveys ..

Like someone has stated, upper mngmnt & exec level people all go on this websites to check & see what’s going on, and then they act like they’re one of us (Solution Specialists) and say things like: Unions are bad, Who took care of you in the pandemic, who else pays that much, who else offers so many benefits like Verizon etc etc etc so one gets kinda like its for rea even though its not. Lol their ways aren’t even working anymore now bcz its pretty obvious they dont want us to make a noise abt it, or else there might be repercussions if its gets out in the media etc and they also gonna get sued like Sprint.
When was the last time you seen so many down votes? What's happening
Leadership is up front about surveys not going out to every customer and that it’s done randomly. This in itself PROVES the RIS scoring system is unfair. It takes several good surveys to make up for one bad one. To get an accurate sampling most stores should have 100 plus submitted surveys. The only way to get to this number is by sending out a survey to EVERY customer. Why are they picking and choosing what customer gets one ? This has class action lawsuit written all over it.
I know it's rigged behind the scenes in the source code and algorithms of Voice and Medallia. One time I was working with a customer for so long doing so much that they got a phone call for the survey right in front of me. Gave me all tens and said some nice stuff. Never came through the system. This has happened many times. It's 100% that all scored 1-8 surveys come through but not all 10's do. There are clearly defined rules that will send a survey out, how often and what conditions are needed to meet to have a customer get one. Yet we don't actually know and have to guess.
And also these dislikes are by the upper mgmnt/exec level people. They dont want them exposed of their corrupt practices.
I think the company purposely holds promoters at the end of the month
Didn't Sprint have a class action law suit for using surveys to pay out commisions?
