What is everyone’s take on BBB staying relevant by the end of year? With the amount of store closures in the future and online shopping becoming the new norm does anyone think we can still remain in competition with other retail giants? I’ve always had faith that the company will eventually rebound but now I’m starting to have my doubts.

Relevancy will depend on how many graveyards we whistle by.........
"You can’t have half empty shelves and luxury pricing for products made in china. As a customer, I’ve made my last trip inside the store."
That's your right as a consumer. You have options. But makes you a clown for coming to a layoff site to post that.
Looks like the typical response from a head in the sand employee that follows instead of leads. And you wonder why the business is shrinking
Hard to say, I believe more downsizing will probably happen (besides the announcement of 200 stores closing from last year). Though this company is popular enough that the bigger stores will stay afloat just to have some sort of relevancy in the national scale.
I would guess the cranky posts below are being written by those whistling past graveyards and scared to death. You need to admit it.

The company has a shot of being relevant but will never dominate like before. So many options now available for consumers. With the new leadership in place it really has a shot. The company has 2-3 years to show any signs of a rebound. Lots of work and stressful days ahead if you decide to stay. So far there are vitals signs.🤞
