What department is responsible for sorting mixed pallets???

Review the video it’s the AM once they come back from lunch.
Evening Backroom at our store did it right off the dc. Then it gets ran out to whatever area it belongs to for the morning crew to stock it
Backroom associates when they unload the dc .. verify and seperate... unless of course u are on 2nd shift ... LOL. They usually leave it
The morning floor crew breaks it all down and stocks it in our club.
We break them down in the back room at my club but we don’t verify them. Never been told to. Just sort and separate the stuff by department and day associates are supposed to work it.
Backroom Associates in our club. That is per the MAPM. But years ago it was done by receiving associates and then it kind of just stopped and now being asked to do it again. Lot of shortages on Dc trucks are the problem. Missing cases of stuff. So back on the program of breaking down the mixers.
