Things have been deteriorating here for years and I don't see anything improving without the company's entire toxic culture changing, which will happen when hell freezes over. If you think it's important that company shows at least some basic respect for its employees, you need to move on. Everybody who's been here for longer than a month knows you're not going to get it here.

Wait for a package...There is no law that states a company must provide a severance. Weaklings wait to be victims while the strong are proactive.

I believe, a team within the company is charting and reporting this site's posts and the anti company posts . The post that are in any way, ant company rhetoric they are say down voting, say 30 times to chart the up votes or how many employees potentially visit this site. Which in comparison terms of employees, I believe is a low percentage. Or it's just people in the company are told to downvote clear the browser and down vote again.
or you can stay and fight for a union and try to fight and improve things. imagine what y'all could accomplish if y'all came together?..just a thought!!..VZW would be on their heels if yall did that. but then again they have done a pretty good job twisting the idea for some! they think y'all wouldn't go that route..
I've been following the layoff for some time now and the one thing that I can say is that we all complain, let it all out, vent etc etc and the company does absolutely nothing about it and they never will....they DO NOT CARE ABOUT US!! so why should we give this company this much thought and effort to constantly be complaining?
so my approach has been just put my head down and work, but I give this company the absolute minimum, I dont care!! I watch the door, I do my duties as an SM but it goes no further than that, I dont care about your numbers, i dont care what place we are in, I dont care!! its completely mutual you dont care about me, I dont care about you.
See at the end of the day this wheel will continue to roll along, we are just spokes in the wheel, if the spoke comes off it is just replaced and the wheel continues to roll.
but again ill state, all our venting in here does nothing!! jesus even the pulse survey doesnt change anything. Hans and his cronies have a agenda and they are going to go forward with that agenda no matter what us peon's say

Or you can stay here, have your commission cut more, complain, get your salary reduced, then get on PIP, and then be fired for non-performance with no package. Just saying.
