Trying to figure out the actual expectations to not be ousted. is there a real number goal to be safe. How do some people kick out a 100 more cases then others?

Being ousted (laid off I assume you mean) at us bank has nothing, zero, nada at all to do with performance. You are a number to Cecere, nothing more. They layoff every October like clock work. Maybe even sooner this year. Nothing you do or say will change that. Understand that and find someplace else that will value you. This is a horrible company who only want wage slaves.
