Just shows you how out of date Truist already is if you are correct that it's been around since 2008, and they're piloting it now. Your tough love thing is kind of boring if you ask me, You're definitely NOT a motivator.
Robo-investing has been in-use since 2008. Nothing new. You would have known this if you weren't drinking the "best bank in town" kool-aid.
Seriously...pick your head up, look at what the future brings, embrace change and be a part of it. Not a victim of it.
