What would they do if the employees could not work from home? How much do you think is saved on electricity, water, cleaning, security, etc. The little compensation we get for working from.home is nothing compared to what is saved. Year after year our benefits are reduced. When was the last time we had an increase in any benefits? There was a time when the employees were valued, when HCSC was one of the best places to work, that time has passed.
