Yeah but the folks you talk about that walk around and and do nothing are in ops. They dont make any real cheddar so who cares if an associate is twiddling all day.
Interesting to say diversity hire, she's qualified and I'm sure was vetted properly. Unlike some who can walk around being mediocre but still get the job and higher pay
