The guy Johnny Walker is actually way better than the guy before who could not even do the job of a CTO for 3 months!!!! What a joke those people are. Who in HR even hired that one??? Could not do anything and left everyone in REZI in the lurch with funny powerpoints..
Not to worry! Johnny Walker is at the helm with his trusted crew!
What’s weird is that people complain but all the CTO ‘ cronies are still here siphoning $ from the Corp and not delivering... goal is to make everything last longer. That’s wasn’t his fault. If it was we would be zooming after he left yet.... we are even slower now....means it was not the CTO ... but the execution team that can’t execute and the PMs who blame everyone but themselves
To be clear. We're talking about this guy, right? https://www.thelayoff.com/t/ZPl7DuK
Not true... half of the current leadership he brought from Honeywell is still there and thriving with promos and $. As a CTO how is he responsible for people that can’t design anything , nor execute and marketing that can’t also do their jobs! And let’s not talk about management of those programs... nothing comes out. Storm and other security offering should have come out... where are they? It’s like those postings blaming Honeywell....they’re gone. Years after... nothing got done. All that happened under the 3rd CTO who ran away when he had to deliver.
We are trying. The problem was that he had vision , the right attitude and technology acumen. He pushed for Storm. We could not deliver. We could not even design it right. Wasn't his fault. After he left things went downhill, with each CTO worse than previously, and more incompetent. Seriously he could shape us up for the future pretty fast, but all the losers that can't do thing properly may not want this.
