I wish there was a Costco close by because I would have went there to work a long time ago!

Walmart (Sam’s ) doesn’t really care what the outside world or Costco is paying just that they want to be some what competitive in the market ... but not the top! They have more people coming and wanting jobs from them than any company in the US . They just want to substation stability . There yearly decisions are why the Waltons are net profiting 10-13 billion .. yes that is 100% correct 10-13 if not more .All offof your labor and continuing to add more to your plate . AND if you happen to be a veteran employee YOU get nothing for it . No money no seniority etc! They want you to leave . They know they got you between a rock and a hard spot and will continue to bull whip you more than the newbie making the big increases in pay . SMDH ... nothing but the truth so help them God .

If the heads of Sam's were interested in making the company a better place to work by investing in the associates, allowing managers & leads to run their business according to their clientele, they could do it. But by doing so it would take away from their all ready hefty salaries & hunger for control over everything. Sam's corporate office is a pitiful example of leadership.

Does this mean managers will be in the office even more ? Or will they only come down to do more droplist. And more notes ?

Also no more seasonal employees and part timers will be limited even more in their hours.

Full timers are also getting their hours cut as well.

Costco treats their long time Associates the way they should be treated. Sam’s overlooks and tries to get rid of their long term loyal associates.
What kind of company gives more money per hour to new employees who walk right in the front door than associates who worked for them for years?
Shame on you Sam’s Club! You should be ashamed!
Loyal Associates have made this company what it is today! You should have never lost focus of that!

Doesn't surprise me. Sam's has always been a backseat driver to Costco's leadership.
